Maps of churches in America

This is a map of America that highlights the different religions being practiced there. As you can see from the map the states next to each other such as Oklahoma, Mississippi, Tennessee and Georgia are heavily populated with Baptists.Where the majority of the rest of the map is hugely covered by the Catholic religion. I find this map interesting as it shows us just how dominated America still is by religion but also at how diverse they all are. It is a good reflection of freedom of speech allowed in America whereas in other parts of the word people die and are killed for what they believe in and here the map shows that one country is full with different religions.The first amendment allows them to freely exercise their religion. Many religions have flourished in the united states of America making it the most religiously diverse country in the world.
